At Opieri, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create — for life.
Every Opieri piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Tarnishing or fading
- Accidental breakage — including broken chains, clasps, and links
If something happens, just email a photo of the item along with your order number to contact@opieri.com. No long explanation needed — we'll process a replacement or store credit for you.
How it works
- One free replacement per item. After that, we'll gladly provide a gift card toward a new purchase.
- Coverage applies to defects, tarnishing, fading, and accidental breakage during normal everyday wear.
Not covered
- Items that are lost or stolen
- Scratches and general cosmetic wear
- Intentional damage, or damage caused by someone else
Our fair use policy keeps things fair for every customer.
How to File a Claim
Email contact@opieri.com with your order number (your proof of purchase) and a photo of the item. If the issue falls under warranty, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost.
