Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We offer Express Shipping to customers worldwide, so your order reaches you no matter where you are.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, Express Shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders of $49+ qualify for free shipping.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Could my delivery be delayed?

We always aim to meet our delivery estimates, but factors like high demand or weather conditions may cause minor delays. Thank you for your patience.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Are there items that can't be returned?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings and earring pendants are non-returnable. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Who pays for return shipping?

For non-faulty items, you are responsible for return shipping costs at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is deducted from your refund.

Is there a return fee?

A €6 return fee applies for up to 2 products. For each additional product beyond the second, an extra €6 per item is charged.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@opieri.com with your order number, postal code, and request. Please ship your return with a tracking number and share it with us, otherwise we can't guarantee the return is received.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is applied to your original payment method.

I haven't received my refund yet.

First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing can take time. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us at contact@opieri.com.

Can I exchange an item?

We replace items only if they're defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at contact@opieri.com.

What if I refuse or don't collect my order?

Uncollected or refused deliveries are treated as returns. The €6 return fee applies (plus €6 per extra product), and any shipping, customs, or handling fees are deducted from your refund.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Product & Warranty

Are your pieces covered by warranty?

Yes. All Opieri pieces come with a Lifetime Warranty that even includes accidental damage. If a product is defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents (outside accidental-damage coverage), alteration, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized repair. Consumable parts and accessories may also be excluded.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us through our designated channels with your proof of purchase. We may request additional information to validate the claim.

Where are your pieces designed?

Opieri jewelry is designed in Italy, created by two friends, with timeless pieces defined by subtle details.
